To collect loyalty points, you need to be registered with Letzdine® and logged into your customer account.
Loyalty points
Restaurants can decide for themselves whether customers can collect loyalty points with them.
Turn points into discounts
Collected loyalty points can be converted into discounts. For example, a restaurant can decide that a certain point balance gives you a 10 € discount.
Track everything in your customer account
In your customer account, you can always see how many points you have already collected at each restaurant and how long they are still valid.
Redeem points where you collected them
Collected points can be redeemed directly on Letzdine® at the respective restaurant or through the restaurant website, if it is based on the Letzdine system.
Important
Loyalty points are always restaurant-specific. Points collected at Restaurant X cannot be redeemed at Restaurant Y. Every restaurant has its own loyalty point system.
