Delete your Letzdine account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@letzdine.eu with the subject "Delete my Letzdine account".
2. Use the email address connected to your Letzdine account, or include that email address in your message.
3. If you used a phone number, delivery address or restaurant order history, include enough information so we can identify the correct account.
4. We will confirm the request, verify ownership where necessary, and then delete or anonymise the account data that is no longer required.

What is deleted

• Account profile data such as name, email address, phone number and saved account details.
• Saved delivery addresses and customer account settings where they are no longer required.
• Login access to the Letzdine account.

What may be retained

Some data may have to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, order-documentation or legal-claims purposes. This can include order records, invoices, payment references and restaurant fulfilment records. Where retention is required, access is restricted and the data is deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period expires.

Delete a restaurant account in the “Letzdine Partner” app

For partner restaurants using the Android app Letzdine Partner or the restaurant dashboard. Provider: Virtuma UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Petersberg 12, 54457 Wincheringen, Germany.

1. Send an email to partner@letzdine.eu with the subject "Delete my Letzdine Partner account".
2. Use the email address the restaurant logs in with and state the name of the restaurant.
3. We check that the request comes from the restaurant, confirm it and end the partnership. After that, logging in to the app is no longer possible.

What is deleted

• Login access, contact details of the contact person and restaurant settings.
• Push tokens and registered devices.
• The support chat including messages, photos, files and voice messages.
• Menu, weekly menu and restaurant website pages, where they are no longer required.

Only data subject to legal obligations or needed as evidence is kept: order and billing data (usually 6 to 10 years for tax and commercial law reasons) and proof of acceptance of the partner terms (until the statutory limitation periods expire). This data is blocked and deleted afterwards.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to delete your account to have individual data removed, for example saved addresses, support messages, photos or voice messages. Just tell us which data should be deleted: guests at info@letzdine.eu, restaurants at partner@letzdine.eu.
