For delivery or food issues, contact the restaurant first

If your delivery was wrong, never arrived, arrived cold, something was missing or a similar order issue happened, please contact the restaurant directly first. That is usually the fastest place to review the situation and respond.

Report technical problems to Letzdine immediately

If something does not work on the platform, contact us right away and explain as clearly as possible where the problem happened, what you were trying to do and what happened instead. That helps us reproduce and fix the issue.
